Welcome to Transoriented.com

Oct 2nd, 2010 | By | Category: Announcements

Transoriented.com has been established to provide an information resource and support group for men who have a sexual and emotional orientation towards trans women. It also aims to humanize transoriented men in the public eye and to help family members and friends of transoriented men to get a better understanding of what it means to be transoriented.

Trans women have struggled to improve recognition of their humanity over then years and a considerable part of the challenge to transoriented men continues to be the misconceptions affecting trans women so we also  support and promote the acceptance of trans women.

Hi my name is jason.Im37yrs old and living in midtown Atlanta, Ga. I have been a committed relationship with my post-op transsexual partner for over 19 months. In December we had the first ever wedding of our kind in our church(St. Marks United Methodist) on Peachtree st. here in midtown. In october of 2012 I was search for a new job in my career field.During our citys annual gay pride week long celebration .I was looking through the official program for the event. This is were I had seen some impressive ads for the company I would latter be hired on at that December. Believing that this was a progressive and friendly company I was excited to start work .There were other employees with different orientation then mine.I assumed this ment there was a greater level of acceptance to be found.I was open and honest about myself and my situation. Although there was a certain level of acceptance be some of the employees. The ownership and Management were not anywhere near as tolerant ,understanding or accepting to my orientation. Within several month that was made clear when management had demanded the company ad director to quit advertising and support of this mojor publication to the gay community. Even though it had helped the company s image tremendously. Getting more to my point I could go on for a while about the other problems and so forth by dec 2013.I had been on the job right at one year.I was never written up or discipline even once.the owners who are from dalton ga who at the most I had ever spoken to 3 times were going to be at the company Christmas party.I had made it aware to other I would be attending with my partner.I was advised not to doso and was told Iit was a family event.and that they thaught it would be better if I just came alone that some employees would be bringing there children. I was offended ofcourse and did not retract from my invitation.I was fired from my job days before this event.I am seeking legal action against my employer in front of the Eeoc for this I would really appreciate any advice or help in finding legal assistance in the atlanta area.thank you for your time andrresponse sincerely jason vice feel free to msg at jasonvice12@yahoo.com

Firing you from your job because you wanted to bring your wife to an office party is a clear violation of your civil rights.

You mentioned the words ‘Dalton, Ga’?! That place has one of the South’s worst historical records for overt racism lynchings and general backward thinking. IMHO you have a case. Those haters think that they still control the world. If you do nothing? Well, they’ll continue to believe that they do. So, show them that they don’t. Talk to the ACLU. MLK said “Evil is done when good [people] stand idly by and do nothing”.

Thank your lucky stars that you are not spending another minute enriching those parasitic backward disingenuous hypocritical bullies. Without slander let the LGBT community know who these people are and where they stand. File a law suit and have an article written and published in every LGBT publication in every market that their company serves. Call for a boycott in the LGBT community. Or, better yet, have your attorney settle with the understanding that you won’t do that.

I recently after being married two times (20yrs & 8yrs).I have given serious thought to a serious long term relationship with a transwoman. I have placed profiles on line with trans oriented sites. There seems to be mainly interest in one night stands and the too young for me ( I am 64). Can you or your readership give me some advice on how I can go about finding that beautiful transwoman,?
